It’s really easy to order wedding invitations. I like to make the whole process really enjoyable, and it’s important it’s stress free for you. So we’ll talk through your ideas on email, and I’ll send a few example designs for you to choose from.
After that, we’ll work up final proofs in our studio, and you’ll see everything before it goes to print.
Save the Dates can be sent as early as a year before your wedding date. It helps to make sure no one books a holiday when your wedding is happening!
Wedding invitations can have wow factor: inside the envelope is a fabulous place for special touches!
This botanical liner incorporates the artwork from the vellum wraps, bringing the entire stationery suite together cohesively. The printed vellum wrap is literally another layer of luxury!
The invitation itself is beautifully simple with lots of white space, and a single delphinium bloom to set the scene for Grace & Harry’s wedding.
Quality card and paper is really important, so we use FSC certified papers and often incorporate texture into the invitation design.
You can choose your fonts – this is an organic process: we’ll suggest a few tried and tested favourites, so you can choose the one you love best!
Details are important! Any bespoke invitation suite can include further information for your guests:
- accommodation
- gift lists / charity details
- plans for the weekend
- where to park
- arrival and departure timings
- wedding dress codes
- wedding venue maps
On the day stationery can include hand calligraphy. I always love to write place names and tags by hand, with my dippy ink pot and calligraphy pens and nibs.
I mix all of my inks in my home studio, so these can match your colour scheme and your invites closely!
On the day stationery can also be made to match, and might include:
- wedding timeline signs
- order of service cards or booklets
- wedding table plan
- place name cards
- handwritten or printed wedding menus
- table numbers or names
There are so many options – you can find a full list of on the day wedding stationery here.
