It’s a wonderful wedding tradition, the seating plan. First and foremost, your wedding seating plan helps your guests find their tables at your wedding breakfast. The seating plan is placed on an easel at the entrance to the room so guests can easily find their place.
Your wedding seating plan style
Your seating plan sits in an elegant frame and has guests’ names written directly onto a board or onto table cards which are adhered to a board. Decorations and illustrations can be added – ask us for examples of seating plans with illustrations, with paper roses and more.
Calligraphy for luxury wedding seating plans
With calligraphy, you can rest assured your seating plan will be a piece of art which looks wonderful framed and given pride of place at your wedding reception.

Prices for wedding table plans
£1.50 per guest name
(Minimum price £75)
£59 for a frame, which will be supplied without glass (with glass substitute on request)
£5 for postage and packing
We may charge extra for a complex illustration, gilding or elaborate embellishment. Please email to ask about a design you’re considering for your wedding table plan and we’ll provide a quote and answer any questions you may have.
Booking in advance is highly recommended, especially over the summer months. We can be fully booked for up to three months at busy times of year.
Advance bookings are taken with a 50% deposit based on your approximate guest numbers.
